I recently traveled through the 50 Plus Fitness Walking website, and I found it very hard to leave!
I used to run, and now I walk, but at this website I'm learning how to get so much more enjoyment and benefit from walking - and to walk REGULARLY.
The various walking programs for folks at different levels are so simply presented and inspired so much motivation that I immediately went walking and have decided to walk every day.
I especially like the way the site is arranged: very clear information about walking, succinctly and often humorously presented, and on related topics such as self-motivation, shoes, foot care, benefits, and more, with lots of links for further study.
The passion of the creators of the site, Yoko and Geoff, really shines through!
