Supplemental Exercise?

What do most of members of this forum do for supplemental exercise to enhance their walking program?


Myself, I do bodyweight exercises, mainly pushups and squats, along with the plank exercise, which is great for the core.

Thus, with my bodyweight program and walking, I can basicly exercise anywhere at any time with the only expense being good walking shoes.

Good question and good ideas Bob. Perhaps others can join in and share what they do.

For our part Yoko regularly does yoga classes, I do some weight strengthening and stretching work along with Wii Fit yoga exercises at the end of my walk.

We are also planning soon to once again get back into Nordic Pole Walking now that our schedule has settled dow.
